We are in the process of making affordable diagnostic and prognostic assays so that the benefit can reach the common man. The first in the series is a Real time PCR based assay for diagnosing the Philadelphia chromosome.
APL BCR-ABL DETECTION REAGENTS
The APL BCR-ABL DETECTION REAGENTS are intended for the accurate quantification of M-BCR-ABL (p210) and m-BCR-ABL(p190) transcripts in bone marrow or peripheral blood samples of ALL or CML patients. The results obtained can be used to monitor efficiency of treatment in patients undergoing therapy and for Minimal Residual Disease (MRD) follow-up to monitor disease relapse.
